Family Trauma Group and Family Wounds

A 6-Week Virtual Faith-Based Group for Church Hurt

Church hurt can affect more than how you feel about a church, it can shape how you experience relationships, trust, community, leadership, and even God.

Restoring Wounds from the Pew creates space to process difficult experiences within the Church while exploring what healing, rebuilding trust, boundaries, and reconnecting with your faith can look like.

Per session: $45

November 11 | Wednesdays | 7pm-8:15pm EST

Church Hurt Group and Church Trauma Group

A 6-Week Virtual Faith-Based Group for Family Wounds

Sometimes the experiences that shaped us most happened at home.

Healing What Home Hurt is an opportunity to explore family dynamics, relational trauma, generational patterns, parental and sibling wounds, unmet needs, boundaries, and how our earliest relationships can continue to influence our lives, relationships, and faith.

Per session: $45

What Makes Sanctuary Groups Different

You’re not just joining a group, you’re entering a space built for your specific wound. Each group is led by Diallo Smith, a Licensed Christian Therapist, bringing faith, clinical insight, and community together.
